The Doh! Boy

Originally conceived by our pal Brian (Canyon Pizza) to satisfy our Late Nite bar crowds, the Doh! Boy has quickly become our most whispered about menu item. Twitter tweeps have been approaching the order window during lunch and dinner stops, and asking in a their most speakeasy tone, “Hey, can you make me a Doh! Boy?” And to tell you the truth, we can’t blame ‘em!

Like your puffiest, deep-fried, Hot Pocket dream come true, these pillows of sweet, chewy La Brea pizza dough are filled with a quarter pound of Applewood smoked bacon, and gooey with mozzerella.

Currently available in two varieties: The Guido features Canyon Pizza’s signature marinara sauce, while The Hombre highlights Jay’s famous Bacon BBQ Sauce. Look for more exciting flavors to come!
