For those of you who catch us at our Late Nite stops, you may have been lucky enough to experience “The Rico” — an all-beef Frank wrapped in center-cut Applewood smoked bacon, then smothered in grilled onions & jalapenos and a spicy Rico sauce. Yummiliscious!
But last night at Chuckwagon, Jay’s epic journey to bring to the Bacon Nation his personally favorite frank was finally fulfilled as he presented Alpine Meats 1/2 lb Old Fashioned Beef Franks — a la Rico. As if these dogs weren’t steller enough, wrapping them in bacon and adding all the Rico fixin’s created a massive, meaty, mountain of goodness that is destined to become legend.
The Snout is currently stocked with a limited supply of the giant dogs, so try to track one down this weekend — before they’re gone!

do you have a menu available (online)? could be im missing it somehow, but I’d live to see what are the “regular” dishes….the pics are nice, but descriptions would be great!
